Calling all college students and young adults! YAM is hosting a lunch NEXT Sunday, March 23rd, after 2nd service! Join us in the Gym for the ultimate comfort meal - roast and potatoes! Grab a few friends and join us next week - hope to see you there!

But wait, there’s more! After lunch we’ll be hosting an Adulting 101 Workshop in the Conference Room to help you tackle the essential life skills you’ll need to thrive after college! We will be talking through networking, interviewing and all the other fun stuff that comes along with job hunting!

The student ministry will be holding their Annual Envelope Fundraiser in the lobby from March 16th to April 6th, to raise support for this summer's missions trip. Our students will be traveling to Asheville, North Carolina to do disaster relief work after hurricane Helene flooded much of the community. Consider supporting our amazing students and the work that God will do through them this summer!

On Saturday, April 19th at 10:30am, FBC Kids will be hosting their Annual Easter Egg Hunt!

This Family-friendly outreach event features games, crafts, walking tacos and one of Elgin's largest Easter Egg hunts. This is also a great opportunity to invite your friends, family and neighbors - the more the merrier!

Follow the link below to register your family today! While not required, your registration helpful for our team's preparations.

Can’t make it to the Easter Egg Hunt, or just want to help in some way? Consider donating some bags of individually wrapped candy in order to help us reach this year’s goal of filling 3,000 Easter Eggs! Donations can be left in the bins outside the office by April 13th.

We are excited to see the Training Center in Akim Kwameng becoming a place of opportunity, equipping children with tools to learn and create. Children who visit the center are discovering new ways to think, solve problems, and explore technology—helping them build confidence and dream about what’s possible for their future.

As we prepare for the next journey in March, we want to send needed supplies — including materials for the 3D printer and resources for student learning. We’ve set up an Amazon Wish List to make it simple to give directly to this work. If you’d like to be part of this effort, please visit the FBC app or follow the link below to view our list to see what’s needed. Every contribution makes a difference!

Not sure you can serve with VBS, but still want to be a part of the work God is going to do this summer? Follow the link below to view our Amazon Wish List and consider donating items for our VBS preparations!

Interested in serving on the Step It Up committee? We’re looking for team members to help us prepare for our 2025 Step It Up distribution day! Meetings are monthly from March - August. Visit the app or follow the link below if you’re interested in serving with our team. If you have any questions please contact Rebecca Huguley at rebeccahuguley@gmail.com.

Are you graduating this year? If you regularly attend FBC and are planning to attend College or a Trade School this fall, you may apply for an FBC Women’s Ministry Scholarship.
